Rebecca Mason is a principal and executive director of Caran Properties Realty, the residential brokerage division of Caran Properties, she is currently responsible for the group's marketing, business development, management and listing activities. Rebecca joined Caran Properties in 1993 after moving to New York City from the United Kingdom. She joined the firm as special projects manager for Caran's building management division where she focused on asset management, customer care and supervision of construction projects. Rebecca is also experienced in mortgage refinancing, negotiating commercial and retail leases and overseeing tenant improvements. She is a licensed real estate broker.

Since joining the organization in 1998, she has served as 2008-09 vice president, chair of the AREW Charitable Fund, Inc. and held board positions including chair of the luncheon and membership committees. She is also an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), having served as past co-chair of REBNY's Small Firm Committee. Currently, she serves on the REBNY Ethics and Arbitration Committees and volunteers her time and expertise as a Technical Instructor for REBNY's continuing education program.

Rebecca has been acknowledged for her many contributions to the real estate industry, for her expertise and for making a difference in the greater community. She was honored as one of the "Top 50 Women Leaders in Real Estate" by Real Estate Weekly and AREW, named a "Rising Star of the Real Estate Industry" by Real Estate Weekly and presented with the Emma Lazarus Award by the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York (ABO).

Debra Cole is an Associate and Director of Business Development for Perkins+Will New York, an award-winning architecture firm with 21 offices worldwide. With more than twenty years of experience connecting clients, architects, and consultants, Debra works to build real estate industry relationships that result in successful construction projects. Prior to joining Perkins+Will in 2005, she led business development efforts at SOSH Architects.

In addition to serving as a Board Member of the Associate of Real Estate Women (AREW), Debra is a member of numerous professional real estate organizations, including the New York BusinesswomenÕs Network, Corenet Global/NYC Chapter, the New York Building Congress, and Professional Women in Construction.

Bonnie has been a member of the Manhattan real estate community for over 18 years. Currently with Trump Sales and Leasing, Bonnie has found her niche in the residential real estate market. Working closely with people who are buying and selling their homes as well as with investors who wish to invest in the NYC market, gives Bonnie a great sense of pride and satisfaction.

Prior to focusing on the prestigious New York residential market, Bonnie managed Class-A office buildings throughout Manhattan. She has worked with such well-respected names as Paramount Group and Jones Lang LaSalle, with whom she provided unparalleled management services to the most demanding of high-profile office tenants. Bonnie began her career in the Chase Real Estate Finance Group where she learned the ins and outs of commercial real estate lending to a national list of real estate owners and developers.

In addition to her professional experience, Bonnie holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Bonnie also completed the highly regarded Management Credit Training Program at Chase.

Bonnie stays well connected with the New York real estate market through her membership in numerous organizations including of the Real Estate Board of New York, and Association of Real Estate Women. She previously served on the Board of Directors of NYU Real Estate Institute's Alumni Association and coordinated its annual fundraiser, "An Evening of Monopoly". Most important to Bonnie is her involvement in the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation, which allows her to make a meaningful impact against a disease which has inflicted a close family member.

Jennifer Carey is the president of JLC Environmental Consultants, Inc. which provides environmental consulting, testing and training for the real estate industry. Since 1987, JLC has provided turnkey environmental solutions to our private and public sector clients while protecting their assets and limiting their liabilities. Recent projects JLC has been involved with include the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the East Side Access Project at Madison Yards, renovation of the Apollo Theatre and a New York City Housing Authority residential lead testing program.

Jennifer currently serves on the New York State Small Business Advisory Board and is a member of the New York Women's Business Network and the American Industrial Hygiene Association. She has been a recipient of a number of business awards including the New York City Partnership Small Business Award for Excellence in Business and Commitment to New York City and the National Association of Women Business Owners Top Women Businesses Award that recognizes top women business leaders. She was chosen as one of the Women Real Estate Leaders for the 21st Century and she was recently ranked as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate by Real Estate Weekly in 2008. Along with several other AREW members, she was also ranked in the Top 100 Women Business in New York State by DiversityBusiness.com in 2009.

Jennifer McCool is a Vice President of The Related Companies, LP, where she is responsible for the legal affairs and transaction management for Related and its affiliates. Ms. McCool also serves as Vice President of Development and Counsel to R/V Moynihan Station Venture LLC (a joint venture between Related and Vornado Realty Trust) in the redevelopment by the State of New York of the historic James A. Farley Building located in New York, New York into a new Moynihan Station.

Prior to joining Related, Ms. McCool was a member of the real estate practice group of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where her practice focused on representing developers, institutional lenders, partnerships, joint ventures and corporations in all aspects of real estate transactions. Ms. McCool received a B.A. in Communications from the University of Delaware in 1993 and a J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 1997.

Ms. McCool served as President of the Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) 2008-2009 and has been a member of the AREW Board of Directors since 2004. Under Ms. McCool's leadership, AREW recently became the 68th Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women's National Network (CREW) and she currently serves as AREW's first Delegate to the CREW Board of Directors. Ms. McCool is also a member New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX Inc.). Ms. McCool serves on the Advisory Board for the Center of Real Estate Studies at New York Law School. Ms. McCool's other activities include memberships with the Association of the Bar of the City of New York where she was a member of the Council on International Affairs and Financial Women's Association, where she served on the Mentoring and International Affairs Committees.
