Jennifer McCool currently serves as Vice President of Development for Moynihan Station Venture, a joint venture of The Related Companies, LP and Vornado Realty Trust. In this capacity, Ms. McCool works closely with the President managing the development of the Moynihan Station project, a comprehensive initiative to redevelop the historic James A. Farley Building into a new train station to be known as Moynihan Station and to redevelop the existing Pennsylvania Station. The multi-billion dollar development project on Manhattan’s West Side is an expansion of an original plan put forth by the late U.S. Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan.
Prior to joining the Moynihan Station team, Ms. McCool served as counsel to Related, as a member of the firm Michael, Levitt, & Rubenstein, LLC, representing Related’s development and retail divisions in numerous development projects, partnerships, joint ventures, and financings.
Ms. McCool joined Related from the law firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where she was an Associate in the Real Estate Group and served on the firm's Diversity Committee. Ms. McCool received a B.A. in Communications from the University of Delaware in 1993 and a J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 1997.
Ms. McCool served as last year's Vice President of AREW, was Co-Chair of the 30th Anniversary Gala Committee and has served on the AREW Board of Directors since 2004. Ms. McCool was recently appointed as a member of the Advisory Board for the Center of Real Estate Studies at New York Law School. Ms. McCool’s other activities include memberships with the Association of the Bar of the City of New York where she was a member of the Council on International Affairs and Financial Women’s Association, where she served on the Mentoring and International Affairs Committees.
Rebecca M. Mason is a principal of Caran Properties Realty, LLC and Executive Director. She is responsible for the company's marketing, new business development and listing activities, as well as supervising the sales team, making available to them her wealth of knowledge and experience.
Rebecca has also distinguished herself in the industry through the dedication she brings to each assignment. Her commitment to her clients to provide the absolute best in service extends well beyond the closing and has afforded her a loyal following of satisfied clients.
Since joining Caran Properties in 1993 Rebecca has increasingly been given more responsibilities. She served initially as Caran's Special Projects Manager, focusing on areas involving asset management, and has supervised more than $8 million in construction projects from bidding through completion. This experience is invaluable when she inspects apartments and can help prospective buyers quickly estimate renovation costs. Rebecca has also been involved in mortgage refinancing and negotiating commercial and retail leases as well as overseeing tenant improvements.
Rebecca was honored in 2004 as one of the "Top 50 Women Leaders in Real Estate" and a "Rising Star" in the industry by of the Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) and Real Estate Weekly.
Rebecca is a licensed real estate broker. She is active in industry associations and serves on the Board of Directors of AREW and co-chairs the Small Firms Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Ms. Charmaine Davis-Murray joined Williams Real Estate in 1997 as the Property Controller for the owned portfolio. In 1998 she was promoted to Portfolio Controller of Third Party Management, where she was responsible for the financial reporting requirements of over 60 properties and supervised a staff of 22. Ms. Davis-Murray is currently the Director of Asset/Property Management Accounting. She has direct contact with all owners/clients, assigns staff to portfolios, reviews all budgets and periodic accounting reports, performs all cash management responsibilities for each account, establishes and maintains all banking relationships, approves owner distributions and handles special owner projects.
Prior to joining Williams Real Estate Co. Inc., Ms. Davis-Murray was an Assistant Property Controller with Insignia/Edward S. Gordon Company and Solow Management Corporation. She was responsible for the accounting and lease administration functions for several Class A office buildings in New York City.
Ms. Davis-Murray holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Bernard Baruch College, City University of New York. She served on the AREW charitable board and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and BOMA New York.
Pat Hildebrandt has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of marketing management and business development in real estate/facility management services. Pat is currently the Director of Marketing Business Development at WB Engineers | Consultants PLLC, an MEP/FP engineering firm. In this role, Pat works closely with the principals and engineers of this fast growing firm to develop business opportunities. She is also responsible for defining the firm's strategic marketing goals and overseeing the marketing department in achieving these goals.
Extremely active in numerous industry organizations, Pat contributes her time and effort to the development of several professional associations. Currently, Pat is on the board of AREW (Association of Real Estate Women), part of the Leadership Team of CoreNet Global NYC Chapter, a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and The Center for Architecture, NYC AIA Chapter and frequently attends numerous industry and charitable events for BOMA, NYCREW, PWC, Capuchin Food Pantries, The Covenant House and Special Olympics.
Before joining WB, Pat was Vice President of Marketing at Integrity Office Solutions, where she supervised all marketing activities and coordinated new business development efforts to build IOS into a successful and growing project management firm. Pat also served as the Director of Marketing for Oce' Business Services, an outsourced facility management firm. At Oce', she designed and implemented innovative marketing strategies, including business planning, research, advertising, collateral materials, direct mail, website, public relations, conventions, trade shows, proposal and presentation production, and sales support for this nationwide office support outsourcing services firm.
Prior to Oce', Pat was Director of Marketing at ISS-International Services System, Inc., one of the world's leading facility service organizations providing cleaning, maintenance, HVAC and landscape management services. At ISS, her marketing responsibilities included business planning, research, advertising, collateral materials, public relations, trade shows and the coordination of marketing efforts with regional divisions throughout North America and Europe. After ISS relocated their corporate headquarters, Pat became Director of Business Development at MAINCO, a joint venture company with ISS providing elevator, escalator and HVAC services. While there, she effectively restructured internal operational, marketing and accounting systems.
Pat's early career involved marketing management roles at ERISCO, a leading technology vendor; and at PHH Corporation, where she developed expertise in market research studies and analyses in the relocation industry.
Pat earned a BA in liberal arts from Trinity College in Washington, DC and an MBA in Information Technology from Pace University.
Jennifer Carey is founder and president of JLC Environmental Consultants, Inc. a turnkey environmental consulting firm. For 20 years, JLC has provided cost effective solutions to environmental challenges. Her staff of 40 utilizes technological innovation to gather data and provide accurate information that our clients use to protect their assets and limit their liabilities. Ms. Carey acquired Failsafe Training Co. in 1999 as a division of JLC. Failsafe has provided employee health and safety training to a wide variety of clients including the Army Corp of Engineers in South Korea. In 2005, Jennifer founded a third company, ProCare USA, LLP that specializes in providing environmentally friendly technology to control microbiological contamination like Legionella in domestic water systems. She is a board certified Microbial Consultant (CMC).
Jennifer has been a recipient of various awards including the New York City Partnership Small Business Award for Excellence in Business and Commitment to New York City and she was chosen as one of the Women Real Estate Leaders for the 21st Century. Jennifer has a Biology degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and has taken post graduate courses at New York University and the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Rutgers, NJ.
She currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the New York State Governor’s Small Business Advisory Board. Projects JLC is currently working on include Yankee Stadium, renovations of the Brooklyn Academy of Music and Columbia University’s Manhattan Ville campus.
Fran is a 20 year veteran in the commercial real estate sector. Last year, she joined Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Marketing. The company is one of the largest private commercial property owners and developers in the country with over 11 million square feet of Class A office and Design Center properties. Her responsibilities include the leasing efforts for over eight million square feet of commercial office buildings, predominately located in New York City. In addition, Ms. Delgorio oversees the strategic planning and marketing efforts for Charles S. Cohen, CEO and President.
Fran was previously associated with Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. as Director of Leasing and Marketing for EastRidge Properties, a 14-building portfolio previously owned by the General Motors Pension Fund in White Plains, New York. Before that, Ms. Delgorio served as a national Director of Real Estate Operations for Prudential Insurance Company of America and as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Sibag Investments, a former real estate investment arm of Siemens, A.G. In addition, Ms. Delgorio ran her own company, FD Consultants, Ltd., working with private clients and investors.
Fran is a summa cum laude graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from New York University. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Westchester/Fairfield Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and has been a member of the Board of Directors of AREW for over ten years. She recently served as Co-Chair of AREW's Charitable Fund. Fran was the 2005 recipient of AREW's Founder's Award.
